In the first chamber, you’ll find breathtaking natural light showering through the delicate tree fern tendrils, while the second is more mysterious and dark.
Though tours are available, the cave is also easy enough to do your own self-guided tours since it already has an automated lighting system for added safety. Just make sure to come in clothing and shoes that are appropriate for caving. You will need to trek 20 steps down to enter the cave.
Visitors above the age of 8 are welcome, so gather your friends and family for a one-of-a-kind adventure at Stick Tomato Cave. While you’re here at the Naracoorte Caves National Park, make the most out of your day by combining your tour with a stop at Alexandra Cave; known for its stunning delicate formations.
