Mount Gambier Presbyterian Church

The Mount Gambier Presbyterian Church is a Christian church serving the local community.

It is a part of the Presbyterian Church of Australia and welcomes anyone who wants to attend service or learn about Jesus.

The church has ministries for kids, youth, young adults, and growth groups. The Kids Ministry takes place following Sunday morning service and is open to children in reception through year 6. A South Australian government-screened team overseas the children, so parents and elders have nothing to worry about, as child safety is always a priority.

The Youth Growth Group ministry focuses on bible studies which are aligned to the Sunday morning sermons. The Young Adult ministry caters to the 18-25-year-olds, who usually meet on Wednesday evenings to explore the bible, Jesus, and God.

The Growth Groups are open to people who are on various stages of their faith journey, from those who have been following the teachings of Jesus for years, as well as those who have just started.

Though the church is not strict with attire, it is still recommended to make sure you are dressed conservatively. New people are welcomed to join the services and will be assisted by the friendly Connect Team.

Sunday worship takes place at 9:30am and lasts for around 75 minutes; it includes a bible talk. The Sunday 5:30pm service is much smaller and caters to churchgoers of all ages. The later day session is more intimate but it also features a bible talk similar to the morning service.
