McNamara Park

McNamara Park is a popular motorcycle track just outside Mount Gambier.

It features a resurfaced 2.4-kilometre circuit, with a combination of technical corners over undulating terrain.

The track has a serpentine shape, ideal for classic motorcycle bike enthusiasts. Additionally, there are 12 corners that range from sharp hairpin to sweeping turns. Track widening was also recently completed, which took a decade to finish. It is now 10 meters wide, with a 12-meter-wide start and finish.

Most of the run-off areas were also recently increased in size. Viewing areas at the McNamara Park saw improvements as well, as patrons can now enjoy better views of the track as well as complete catering facilities, spacious clubrooms, a new toilet for the disabled, and much more.

Thanks to all these new and improved amenities, McNamara Park has grown to become even more popular in recent times. It would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of the club members.
