The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival has grown in leaps and bounds to become one of the most flamboyant regional art festivals in South Australia.

The 2023 Festival theme was GREEN! The colour from the Design Prize inspired us to think with unlimited imagination about all things green, upcycled, recycled, sustainable, the environment, you name it, the scope is endless.
